JH-601 is a neutral cleaning agent formulated through the co-polymerization of refined surfactants, penetrants, emulsifiers, and various auxiliaries. This combination ensures an effective cleaning solution designed specifically for challenging residues.
The product demonstrates excellent penetration capabilities, particularly on the complex and viscous deposits that accumulate on the surface of dryer fabrics. These deposits can be difficult to remove with standard cleaning agents, but JH-601 addresses this challenge efficiently.
Whether during downtime or while the paper machine is in operation, JH-601 can be used to clean dryer fabrics effectively. This cleaning process enhances the air permeability of the fabric and helps extend its overall service life. Maintaining clean dryer fabrics also keeps the drying section free from contaminants.

After allowing the product to work for 5 to 10 minutes, it is necessary to clean the dryer fabric thoroughly. Use high-pressure water to wash away any residues, ensuring the fabric is completely clean and ready for continued operation.
