Product Description:
The JHWB-1320 possesses outstanding flow and dispersion properties, allowing it to promptly mix and adsorb with sludge. The resulting cationic floccules efficiently occupy the spaces between fresh fibers. This enhancement boosts the consistency and filtration efficiency of the paper, diminishes impurities, decreases the concentration of white water, prolongs the life of the felt, and eases the environmental burden of sewage treatment.
This product is extensively suitable for corrugated paper, boxboard paper, cardstock paper, and other applications.

Applications:
Method of Addition:
Dilute the treatment chemical with a metering pump and then continuously add it after the injection pump for sludge. The recommended initial dosage ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 kg per ton of paper. The dosage can be adjusted over time depending on variations in sludge concentration and performance indicators.
Position for Sludge Addition:
The ideal locations for adding the sludge treatment chemical are either before the slurry mixer or at the inlet of the slurry pump.
Range of Sludge Addition:
It is recommended to add between 10 and 50 kg of the treatment chemical per ton of paper produced.
